Every Decal in every automobile should be similarly placed on the lower left side of the left rear
side window.
In your home: near the front entrance to your home.
Every packet of medical information should go either in the glove compartment of an automobile or
in the freezer compartment of your refrigerator.
This program works as long as you follow instructions to the letter
because a Responder must be able to locate your paperwork quickly.

Update:
The Yellow Dot was a huge success in Delaware County.
Many clubs and organizations asked a member of our staff to visit their meeting and make a Yellow
Dot Presentation. We were happy to oblige.
Many people telephoned us and asked for Yellow Dot kits for
themselves and their extended family and keep kits in multiple
vehicles (and residences.)
It was a heartwarming experience for us to provide the Yellow Dot
kits to a large sector of our populous who were anxious to take a
proactive stance in making sure that personal medical information is
placed where it can easily be found by first responders, should the
need arise.
We still have many kits on hand at the Office. Contact us if you would like to be provided with them.
