CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION DIVISION
Criminal Investigations are performed by Senior Investigator Karl H. Vagts., Jr. He
is responsible for the in-depth investigation of serious crimes reported to the Delaware County
Sheriff's Office, detection and arrest of criminal offenders, stolen property recovery, and the
administration of records pertaining to each investigation.
Investigator Mauro has an ambitious workload, performing
