Reviews elder needs and issues, and testifies at public hearings.
Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program advocates for persons in nursing
and adult homes in Broome and Delaware Counties. NYS certified
volunteers visit homes weekly to help with questions or concerns on
behalf of residents, family, & staff.

This program assists disabled and aging adults who are at risk of harm from others or from self-neglect and do not have someone who can assist them responsibly. There are no financial restrictions with Protective services for
Adults.
