The Office for the Aging contracts with Legal Services of Mid New York to provide legal assistance to county elders. This service is free and covers most non-income generating legal activities.

Persons 60 and over may apply for preparation of a simple will, power of attorney, and/or health care proxy. Does not do estate planning. Home visits may be arranged for clients unable to come to the office.
